Terms of Use

1. Service description

Unity Cosmos is a hub that lets you discover and open worlds (apps) of the constellation — for example Equity Cosmos, Night Sky Diary, Roomie Homie, Grey Senior, Not Hooked, Cosmos Brain Power and ritmorbit — with a unified session and consent experience where possible.

Some worlds open embedded (iframe); others open on their own site for performance or security. Each world may have its own additional terms.

2. Account and access

• You must provide truthful information when signing in and keep your device confidential.
• You are responsible for activity performed with your session.
• We reserve the right to suspend access that abuses the service, attempts to compromise it, or breaks the law.
• Features may change; we do not guarantee persistence of test data in production.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Hub illegally or to harm third parties
• Attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization
• Interfere with security, SSO or world iframes
• Extract data via abusive automation (aggressive scraping)
• Reuse the Unity Cosmos / Equity Cosmos brand without permission

4. Unity Cosmos access and pricing

Unity Cosmos offers access to the hub and constellation apps as available. Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe.

Founders promotion (first 1,000 subscribers): monthly subscription of US$4.99/mo or annual subscription of US$49/yr for the Unity Cosmos plan. Founders lock that rate for life while keeping the subscription active (it is not a one-time “lifetime” payment). After slots run out, we will publish new prices with prior notice; until then only the founder plan (monthly or annual) is available.

• The founder price is billed monthly or annually via Stripe, is non-transferable, and stays locked at that rate for those who claim one of the 1,000 slots while keeping the subscription active.
• Access covers the hub and apps included in the base plan as available; it does not include add-ons, premium tiers, or third-party services with their own cost.
• Features with variable cost (AI APIs, extra bank connectors, storage, SMS, etc.) may have included limits or require additional payment, also for founders.
• We may change limits or prices for new customers with reasonable prior notice. Changes do not remove the locked price of active founders except for serious breach of these Terms.

5. Universe worlds

Each world is a product with its own functionality, availability and, where applicable, prices. The Hub does not guarantee that a world is always available or that all world features exist inside the iframe. Data you generate inside a world is governed by that world’s terms and privacy.

6. Intellectual property

The Hub’s software, design, brand and content belong to Unity Cosmos / Equity Cosmos or their licensors. No license is granted to you except as necessary to use the Hub under these Terms.

7. Availability and warranty disclaimer

The Hub is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant absence of errors, interruptions, or that SSO works in all browsers or contexts (e.g. third-party cookie blocking).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unity Cosmos shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the Hub or the worlds. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. willful misconduct).

9. Notice on health and wellness worlds

Worlds like Grey Senior or Not Hooked may include wellness, habit or care tools. They do not replace professional medical, psychological or legal advice. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

10. Governing law and disputes

Except where mandatory rules provide otherwise, these Terms are interpreted under Spanish and European Union law. Consumers may go to the courts of their domicile.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms by publishing an updated version at unitycosmos.com/terms. Continued use after the update date implies acceptance of the changes, unless the law requires explicit consent.
